Fall Scrapbook Page Layout
This fall scrapbook page layout was a lot of fun and it didn’t take long at all! My plan is to make one of these for every month (and that’s been my plan for a while), so I’m happy to have finally finished my first one! The stand is super cute, and I love it because instead of having your scrapbook pages in a book, they are just always on display and you can change it for the seasons!
I started out with these papers and some ribbon. Oh, and my Sam Adams Octoberfest, too, of course.
The first thing I did was cut the images to the size that I wanted, and with a corner punch, I rounded the edges of each picture.
I played around with the layout a bit to decide where I was going to put the wording that I wanted.Once I measured the space I had, it was time to cut! I cut the word November and the phrase ‘Give Thanks’ from my Cricut (using the Designer’s Calendar cartridge).
I saw the fork trick for bows on Pinterest and I decided this would be the perfect opportunity to try it! I was pleasantly surprised with how it came out! 🙂 If you have not seen or heard of the fork trick, Google “fork trick for bows” and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I just discovered it and it’s SO COOL!
Once I had all my words cut and my photos matted on card stock, I again played around with the layout. This one was cute, but you couldn’t really see the little butterfly that I wanted to add.
I finally decided on this! I love the way it came out and I love that it was a quick and easy craft!Tada! I have it on display in my entrance way on this little corner shelf. 🙂
Great job! Those are so adorable!
I love scrapbooking! The papers and embellishments are so much fun to play with. Great job on your page.
